1. Can I request swapping out products from a box?

Yes, we are happy to swap out products of the same value, please contact us.

2. Do you make custom boxes?

Yes, you can build a box by choosing products that you see on our site. If you do not see a product feel free to reach out, as we have a lot of inventory.

3. Do you sell the same items at your pop-ups on your site?

No, we do not. Our pop-ups have products we do not list, however if you reach out to us on instagram @TheCouchLockStore we will be happy to help you.

4. Do you sell bulk discounted boxes?

Yes, we have discounted prices if you are buying 10 or more boxes.

5. Can you make color themed boxes?

Yes! Please contact us.

6. Do you do collaborations?
